Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

- Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen collection, including blood draws, urine analysis, and specimen processing.
- Administer medications and injections under the direction and supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
- Schedule patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests, coordinating with other healthcare facilities and providers as needed.
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care measures.
- Document patient encounters and treatment interventions accurately and promptly in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant training program or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting or healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic patient care procedures.
